Baked Gluten Free Falafel Bites make the perfect plant based meal for any night of the week served with a sweet tahini sauce over top.
Ingredients
1 cup (packed) fresh herbs (I used parsley and cilantro)
2 cups canned chickpeas, drained, rinse and patted really dry (from 1 19 oz can)
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
Fresh ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne (optional but recommended)
2 tablespoons runny tahini
1-2 tablespoons oat flour
