Banana Chocolate Cake

Dry
1-1/2 cup all-purpose gluten-free flour
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
3 tbs chopped chocolate chunks or chips (vegan if desired)
¼ tsp pure stevia extract powder (“Now” brand)
Wet
2 ripe bananas (approximate 7” long)
1-1/2 tsp Ener-G egg replacer
3 tsp water
⅓ cup canola oil
½ tbs vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup non-dairy milk (I used Silk original soy milk)
Coconut Cream Frosting
1 cup chilled coconut cream
½ tbs agave nectar
⅛ tsp pure stevia extract powder (“Now” brand)
¼ cup cocoa powder
