1 can (16 ounces) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup tahini
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 small cloves garlic, roughly chopped
3/4 tablespoon salt
1/2 cup fresh packed basil leaves
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, plus additional for garnish
2 tablespoons olive oil
