A smooth creamy smoothie without dairy and loaded with vegetables. Gone are the days or green smoothies.

Ingredients

1 Cup Cauliflower Florets
1 Banana
1 Cup Strawberries (fresh)
1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1 Whole Avocado
1 Cup Coconut Water (or liquid)
