Blackberry Lemon Poppy Seed Crumble (Gluten Free)

Serves: 1

This scrumptious gluten free crumble will have you coming back for more with its juicy blackberry filling and delightful & subtly crunchy lemon poppy seed topping!

Ingredients

Blackberry Filling:
3 cups fresh blackberries
2 tbs raw honey
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tsp tapioca starch Coupons
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Lemon Poppy Seed Topping:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup almond flour
3 tbs coconut sugar
1 tbs poppy seeds
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp sea salt
3 tbs butter, room temperature
2 tbs lemon juice
