These blackberry peach quinoa burgers are hearty and full of delicious and healthy ingredients. So unbelievably good!
Ingredients
For the burgers:
1 ripe peach, finely diced
1 cup blackberries
1/4 cup granted yellow onion
1/2 cup quinoa
1/2 buckwheat flour (or oat flour, almond flour, etc.) + a bit extra to keep them from sticking in the pan
1 tbsp tamari
1 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Salt & pepper
For the buns:
1 1/2 cups gluten-free oat flour
1/2 cup pureed sweet potato (canned or cooked & then blended)
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp sea salt
