Blondie Fig Fudge Squares are made with whole food ingredients, gluten free and vegan, using figs, chickpeas and nut butters to create a fudge blondie.
Ingredients
1 can (15 ounces) organic chickpeas, well rinsed
½ dried figs
⅓ cup almond milk
4 tablespoons coconut oil
⅓ cup cashew butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of sea salt
BAKING VERSION ONLY, add:
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons flax seed soaked in 3 tablespoons water (vegan egg)
