Blueberry Chocolate Cream Cheese Scones

These blueberry chocolate cream cheese scones are delicate, crispy on the outside, crumbly on the inside, with a balance of flavors, the blueberries juicy plump, to the sweetness of the melted chocolate, and little creamy morsel gems of cream cheese, with that taste of the lemon zest fresh.

1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 Tbsp sugar
pinch of salt
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 Tbsp lemon zest
1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup cream cheese, cubed
1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
1 Tbsp corn syrup
brown sugar for topping
