Ingredients
400 g (3 cups) organic buckwheat flour
70 g (1/2 cup) organic coconut palm sugar
1 sachet (16 g; 3 tsp) baking powder
250 ml (1 cup) plain yogurt
200 ml (2/3 cup) almond milk
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
120 ml (1/2 cup) extra virgin olive oil (or vegetable oil)
100 g (a heaping 1/2 cup) dark chocolate chips
icing sugar for decoration
