Butternut Squash “Fried Rice”

Make fried rice without rice! Try this recipe that uses butternut squash.
Ingredients
1 small butternut squash, peeled
1/3 large yellow onion, diced
1 medium zucchini, diced
2 cups mung bean sprouts
1/2 large orange pepper, diced
1 large egg
2 stalks of green onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp olive oil
1 TBS low sodium soy sauce
1/2 TBS oyster sauce
1/2 to 1 tsp five spice powder
1/2 tsp sesame oil
dash of ground white pepper (optional)
