1 large butternut squash
olive oil
3 cups small to medium sized whole wheat pasta, uncooked
1 vegetable bouillon cube, optional
½ cup frozen peas
½ cup – 1 cup fresh broccoli florets
4 ounces cream cheese (half a block)
½ cup sour cream
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon white pepper
