An easy and delicious breakfast bread! Carrots, bananas, and maple syrup add to the delicious flavor. Paleo and gluten free.

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas
1/2 cup shredded carrots
2 eggs
2 tbsp coconut oil melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 cup almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 cup walnuts chopped
