Ingredients
3 tablespoons chia seeds
2/3 cup milk of choice
1 medium carrot, grated or chopped finely in a food processor
4 dates, finely chopped or processed together with the carrot
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon allspice
sweetener to taste (I used stevia)
yogurt of choice for layering (optional)
