Ingredients
Salt and pepper
Juice of ½ lemon
2tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1tsp pomegranate molasses
6 small carrots or 3 large, grated
1 can chickpeas
½ fennel, finely shredded
½ cucumber, finely chopped
2 handful fresh herbs (chives, parsley, dill, basil…), finely chopped
2tsp za’atar
4tbsp sesame seeds
