Cauliflower Fritters

Healthy cauliflower fritters with yoghurt and garlic sauce, baked in the oven.
Ingredients
For the fritters:
Half a cauliflower
Half an onion
6 tablespoons wholemeal breadcrumbs
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp cajun seasoning
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
salt to taste
For the sauce:
1 plain (unsweetened) yoghurt – I used soya yoghurt
Half a clove of garlic crushed
about 1 cm of spring onion chopped fine
Handful of chopped parsley
Salt to taste
