8oz Baby Bella Mushrooms
1 Cup Cooked Brown Rice
2 Tablespoons Light Butter
2 Cloves Garlic
1 Shallot
1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
1 Teaspoon Pepper
2 Tablespoons White Whole Wheat Flour
1 ½ Cups 2% Milk
¼ Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 Teaspoon Oregano
½ Cup Breadcrumbs
½ Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
½ Cup Shredded Gruyere cheese
1 Tablespoon Parsley
