A recipe for chewy dark chocolate cookies with pumpkin puree, spices and pumpkin seeds.
Ingredients
2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup Rodelle Gourmet Baking Cocoa
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
1 1/2 cups brown sugar, packed
1 1/3 cups granulated sugar
1 cup (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter, softened at room temperature
2 eggs
3 tablespoons pumpkin purée
1 tsp. Rodelle Pumpkin Spice Extract
1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chunks
1 cup toasted pumpkin seeds (also called pepitas)
Flaky sea salt
