Our Chia Breakfast Pudding calls for just 5 ingredients. Excellent for all those who don’t like to chow down on a big bowl of oats every morning!
4 tbsp chia seeds
1 ripe banana
1 cup of soy milk (or any kind of milk you prefer)
2 tbsp of cacao powder
1 tsp of maple syrup (in case the banana is not very sweet)
