Chickpeas Florentine with Portobellos and Peppers

Spinach, chickpeas and portobellos come together with fresh flavor in this light, healthy one-pot meal. Fuss free, ready in half an hour.
Ingredients
2 Tbs olive oil
3 large cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
3 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp dried basil
pinch red pepper flakes
1 large red bell pepper or 4-5 mini peppers, chopped
3 cups (8 oz.) sliced small portobellos
1½ cups or 1 15 oz. can cooked chickpeas, rinsed and drained
6 cups fresh spinach leaves
2 Tbs lemon juice (1/2 a lemon)
½ tsp salt
fresh black pepper to taste
