Chili + Lime Roasted Asparagus

Chili and lime roasted asparagus, the best way to celebrate spring and Cinco de Mayo! Naturally gluten free, vegan and paleo.

Ingredients

1 large bunch of asparagus, approximately 40 thin stalks
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
zest from 1 fresh lime
