This chocolate buckwheat granola is delicious on yogurt, smoothie bowls, and makes tasty treat by itself with milk.
Ingredients
2 cups gluten free rolled oats (or use regular if you’re not gf)
¾ cup buckwheat
½ cup coconut flakes
¼ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup walnuts
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
⅓ cup coconut oil
¼ cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
⅓ cup cocoa powder
½ tsp cinnamon
pinch sea salt
