Chocolate, Hazelnut and Pear Muesli

This breakfast is as delicious as it is easy! The muesli can be mixed together in a few seconds, and is much, much healthier than most granolas or other cereals (even considering the chocolate chips).
Ingredients
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons chopped hazelnuts
2 tablespoons chopped dried pear
1 tablespoon chocolate chips
Yogurt, to serve
Fresh fruit, to serve
