This simple Chopped Super Foods Salad with Citrus Dressing is a nutritional powerhouse and tastes fabulous.

Ingredients

1 cup chopped Brussels sprouts
1 cup chopped kale
1 cup chopped cabbage
1 cup broccoli slaw
1 large apple, chopped
1/3 cup craisins
1/3 cup pecans
1 tsp orange zest
Juice of 1 orange
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup olive oil
3 Tbsp Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp water
1 1/2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
