1 (12 oz) bag of fresh cranberries
¾ cup (177 ml) water
¾ cup to 1 cup (150 grams-220 grams) coconut sugar more or less depending on how sweet you want it
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
2 teaspoons cinnamon
¼ teaspoon allspice
1 apple cored and chopped
