Chunky Dairy-Free Cornbread

Chunky Vegan Cornbread – light and delicious and perfect no matter the season. Serve with Chilli or as a side at your summer picnic or bbq.
Ingredients
Dry:
1½ cups fine cornmeal
1 cup plain flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
Wet:
2 TBS honey
⅓ cup neutral oil (rice, canola etc)
2 cups coconut yoghurt
1 tsp sriracha (or more to taste for a nice background heat)
Veggie:
1 cup fresh corn
½ cup finely diced onion
