Super simple, fluffy and delicious vegan cinnamon buns – fund to make with the kids – but then eat them all yourself!
Ingredients
The buns:
2½ cups flour (+ a bit more for kneading and shaping)
2 TBS warm water
1 tsp instant or dry active yeast
1 cup coconut or other dairy-free milk
2 TBS sugar
1 tsp salt
2-3 TBS dairy-free spread
The filling:
¼ cup dairy-free spread
1½ TBS cinnamon
2 TBS sugar
¼ tsp salt
The Glaze:
2 cups icing sugar
¼ cup boiling water
vanilla essence
