Ingredients
4 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup raw unsalted sunflower seeds
1/2 cup raw unsalted almonds – chopped
1/2 teaspoon himalayan salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
5 tablespoons coconut oil – melted
1/2 cup 100% pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon pure vanilla
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (reserved until the end)
