Corn Flour French Toast with Avocado and Kimchi

Corn Flour French Toast topped with smashed avocado and kimchi! It’s time to take avocado toast to a whole new level!

Ingredients

Bread:
⅔ cup lukewarm water, about 110 F
big pinch of cane sugar
1 package active dry yeast
1¾ cup all purpose flour
1½ cups corn flour
½ tsp salt
⅓ cup almond milk
¼ cup agave
2 Tbs sunflower oil

French Toast Batter:
1 cup almond milk
2 Tbs agave
1 Tbs all purpose flour
pinch of salt
coconut oil (for pan)

Toppings:
avocado
homemade or store bought kimchi
