Ingredients
1 small-medium beet, washed with top and bottom cut off
1/2 cup of the beet greens cut off from the beet, washed
1 cup frozen or fresh cranberries
1/2 cup frozen peaches
2 inches cucumber, diced
1/4-1/2 avocado
juice and zest of 1 lime
3/4 cup water + more as needed
