Cranberry Chocolate Coconut Granola

It’s like eating chocolate macaroons for breakfast!
Ingredients
2¼ cups rolled oats
¾ cup flaked coconut (I found this in the Hispanic foods section at the grocery store)
¾ cup raw, unsalted pecans, roughly chopped
¾ cup raw, unsalted pepitas
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
⅛ cup white sugar
¼ cup maple syrup
4 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3 Tablespoons coconut oil, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
