Creamy Root Vegetable Miso Soup

Creamy. Delicious. Comforting. This soup has it all and takes only 30 from start to finish!

1 Tbs coconut oil
1 medium onion, diced
4 cups carrots, chopped
2 cups turnips, peeled and chopped
4 cups water or vegetable broth
3 Tbs coconut cream (or cream from the top of full fat canned coconut milk)
3 Tbs miso
½ – 1 Tbs honey or agave
¼ – ½ tsp wasabi powder
juice of 1 lime
