This curried rösti is a simple pan-fried potato pancake/fritter that is perfect for breakfast or dinner. It is based on the traditional Swedish dish with some extra spices mixed in. Made with just 4 main ingredients!

Ingredients

1 pound yukon gold potatoes, washed
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 1/4 teaspoons curry powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
big pinch of black pepper
2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
