Dairy Free Carrot Spice Muffins

These dairy free carrot spice muffins are delicious and healthy! They make a great on the go snack for busy moms and kids.

Ingredients

2 large, very ripe bananas
2 eggs
6 dates
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon all spice
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
3 tablespoons coconut oil
1 cup spelt flour
1/2 cup almond meal
5 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup shredded carrot
3 tablespoons chopped almonds for topping (optional)
