Double Chocolate Guinness Muffins

Double Chocolate Guinness Muffins are great for St. Patrick’s Day.

1/2 cup (8 tablespoons), unsalted butter, melted and cooled
1/2 cup Guinness stout beer
2 eggs
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour (I used King Arthur Flour)
3/4 cups sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (I used Ghirardelli)
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
