Classic dutch baby with honey roasted rhubarb.
Ingredients
2 small rhubarb stalks, cut into 1″ pieces, about 1 heaping cup
1 Tablespoon honey
½ cup all-purpose flour
2 Tablespoons superfine sugar
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
Few gratings of nutmeg
2 eggs, lightly beaten
½ cup plus 2 Tablespoons whole milk
4 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted, divided
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Confectioners’ sugar for dusting
