Easy Caprese Bread

Want to enjoy a Caprese Salad, but need something more filling? This bread is just the ticket!

1 1/4 cup of flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp dried basil (if you have fresh basil, it would be even better to cut some up and put it in)
3 cups spinach, loosely chopped
1 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped in half
2 eggs
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 packet quick yeast
1 cup warm/hot water (follow yeast instructions)
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
