A creamy, homemade cashew milk that only requires two ingredients, with no straining required.
Ingredients
1 cup cashews, soaked for 4-8 hours in water
3½ cups filtered water
Optional Additions:
Vanilla bean
Dates
Pure Maple Syrup
Cacao powder
Cinnamon
Turmeric
Ginger
Cardamom
Chocolate Cashew Milk:
Add 2 tbsp raw cacao or unsweetened cocoa powder and 4 pitted medjool dates or 2 tbsp maple syrup.
