Easy No Yeast Pizza Caprese
Easy No Yeast Pizza Caprese, the perfect no yeast pizza dough recipe, topped with a yummy Caprese mix of fresh ingredients. Healthy and Delicious.
FOR THE PIZZA DOUGH:
1 3/4 cups flour (224 grams)
1 tablespoon sugar (12 1/2 grams)
1/2 teaspoon salt (2 1/2 grams)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda (2 1/2 grams)
2/3 cup buttermilk (I added 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and topped the 2/3 cup up with milk, let sit for approximately 15 minutes) (162 grams)
CAPRESE TOPPING:
8 small plum tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon salt (1 1/4 grams)
1/2 teaspoon oregano (1/2 gram)
5-6 large fresh basil leaves chopped
3 tablespoon olive oil (45 grams)
