4-5 packed cups curly kale
1 cup raw quinoa + 2 cups water OR 1 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
1 cup raw mung beans + 3 cups water OR 1 1/2 cup cooked mung beans
1/4 cup pine nuts
2 avocados
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
juice of 1 lemon
sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
