Espresso and cappuccino freddo are classic Greek island drinks. They’re a great way to have coffee in summer and simple to make at home, in your blender.
Ingredients
favourite black coffee for 2, brewed and cooled
20 ice cubes
approx. 120 ml / ½ cup almond milk, I use homemade
maple syrup, to taste (optional)
2-3 green cardamom pods or a piece of vanilla pod* (optional)
