Incredibly easy, healthy and flavorful, these falafel burgers come together in under 30 minutes and are sure to be a hit in your kitchen.
Ingredients
For the patties:
⅓ cup uncooked quinoa
1 large clove of garlic, skin still on
1 15 oz. can cooked chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
Pinch of cayenne (optional)
2 teaspoons sesame seeds (optional)
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons olive oil
Handful fresh flat-leaf parsley
Handful fresh cilantro
Tablespoon vegetable oil
For assembly:
4 burger buns
