Ingredients
CRUMBLE TOPPING:
1 cup standard flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup oats
1/2 cup walnut pieces
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
125 grams butter
FILLING:
4 large, ripe pears (approx 750 grams)
16 – 18 ripe, medium-sized feijoas (approx 1 kilo)
2 tablespoons lemon juice (approx 1 medium-sized lemon)
2 tablespoons white sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
25 grams butter
