Flourless Apple Pie Pancakes are made with ground oats, filled with delicious caramelised apples and so healthy!
Ingredients
1 ¼ cups oat flour (or oats ground in a food processor or in a coffee grinder)
1 large egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon raw honey
1 cup almond milk
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 apple, sliced
