It’s double avocado with these avocado tacos, fried in heart healthy avocado oil and served with a spicy roasted jalapeno-yogurt sauce.
Ingredients
Creamy Jalapeno Sauce:
1-2 jalapenos (depending on how spicy you like it)
½ cup plain yogurt
Juice of ½ lime
Tacos:
2 large avocados
⅓ cup whole wheat flour
1 egg
1 cup whole grain panko
¼-1/3 cup Avocare avocado oil
12 corn tortillas
Shredded cabbage
Cilantro
3 radishes, diced
Lime, cut into wedges
