An easy Indian carrot halwa (gajar halwa) recipe made with carrots, condensed milk and flavored with cardamom powder. Best dessert for the fall-winter season.

Ingredients

2 lbs grated or shredded carrots
150 ml sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp unsalted butter/ ghee
2 tsp cardamom powder
7-8 almonds (blanched/soaked and sliced)
2 tbsp raisins
