2 teaspoons cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon baking powder

4 tablespoons grass-fed butter, cold and chopped
2 eggs
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon molasses
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
course sugar for sprinkling
