Ingredients
for the topping
200g/7oz/1⅓ cups plain (all-purpose) flour
180g/6.5oz/1½ cups ground almonds (aka almond flour)
¼ tsp fine salt
135g/5oz vegan butter (aka baking margerine), cubed
75g/2.5oz/¾ cup rolled oats
90g/3oz/scant ½ cup caster sugar
60g/2oz/⅓ cup buckwheat groats (recommended, but optional)

110g/4oz/½ cup caster sugar
