A vegan, gluten-free, and grain-free pizza crust that is perfect for one. The recipe can easily be doubled or tripled to serve more… or one really hungry person!

Ingredients

1/2 cup chickpea (garbanzo) flour
1 1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
1/8 tsp fine sea salt (optional)
1/2 cup lukewarm water
2 TB freshly chopped basil
