Like the taste of the cocktails? I admit, I drink alcoholic cocktails, because I just love the mixture of flavours. So why not do it a bit (or a lot) healthier? Here we have the spinach for the notorious iron, mixed with lime, which contains lots of vitamin C, that will help your body absorb the iron. Pineapple is a good source of vitamin C as well, but will also help with healing process and inflammation. Then we have coconut milk, which when used moderately, can help with infections and will prevent diseases.
Ingredients
2 cups young spinach leaves
2 cups pineapple
1/4 cup mint leaves
1/2 lime, peeled
1 cup coconut milk
