Green buckwheat & avocado smoothie. V + GF breakfast or post- workout meal packed with nutrients for a healthy body.
Ingredients
2 dl /1 cup buckwheat groats, soaked overnight
2 bananas
1 large avocado, or 2 small
4 dl/ 2 cups of kale, stems and large veins removed
1-1,5 cups of oat milk or milk of your choice
1 tsp chia seeds
2 tsp maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
2 passion fruit, for topping
